Under this Memorandum of Understanding for driving the digital health system and enhancing healthcare personnel potential to elevate public health services, the Office of the Permanent Secretary for Public Health and True Corporation will collaboratively drive digital health policies into tangible action in three core pillars including
- Supporting the ‘Health Life’ campaign on the Mohpromt Super App to encourage consistent exercise among Thais. This marks a pivotal shift toward proactive healthcare, allowing users to accumulate steps and utilize ‘Mohpromt Credits’ to redeem discounts of up to 1,500 Baht on 5G smartphones or receive beverage discounts at TrueCoffee, subject to the company’s terms and conditions.
- Promoting equal access to healthcare services via the Mohpromt Super App by providing True and dtac customers nationwide with free data access for the application for one year (from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027). This initiative ensures that Thai people can access medical services, personal health data, and various benefits with maximum convenience and seamless connectivity.
- Empowering the workforce and enhancing the digital capabilities of Ministry of Public Health personnel by fostering the use of digital technologies for efficient public service delivery. This involves equipping staff with specialized knowledge through expert exchanges and elevating digital literacy, with a focus on core competencies such as data analytics and cybersecurity. Furthermore, this collaboration also includes special offers on communication services, high-speed internet, and devices to facilitate seamless coordination as well as reduce costs and bolster administrative efficiency, enabling agile and continuous command and control through integrated digital systems.
