Terms and Conditions

  1. Calls to numbers starting with 02 will be charged 3 THB per call. Domestic mobile and long-distance calls will be charged 2 THB per minute.
  2. Users must have internet access to connect to the True Data Center with one dedicated line, using a bandwidth of 80 KB.
  3. The service agreement is for 12 months from the activation date. To cancel, please inform us at least 30 days prior to the intended cancellation date.
  4. If the user wishes to terminate the service before the contract ends, and it is not due to the provider’s fault, the user agrees to pay a penalty equal to the remaining service fees from the termination date to the end of the contract period.
  5. All systems are rented and installed at the True Data Center, except for the Client Application, which will be installed at the user’s office.
  6. The company reserves the right to modify, change, suspend, or cancel the service rates and terms. Any changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance through the designated channels.
  7. The terms are subject to the company's policies.
