Coverage

1. The warranty provides extended coverage for the second year (or years 2–3, where applicable) for functional failures of the device only.
2. Coverage includes both built-in (non-removable) batteries and removable batteries.
3. For selected third-party brands (e.g. Samsung models with an S Pen), the warranty also covers the S Pen.
4. The service fee includes cases where the customer declines an out-of-warranty repair (non-functional failure), as well as Google Account and software updates, where applicable.

Exclusions

1. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidental drops, cracked or broken parts, impacts, bending, physical deformation, water or liquid exposure, moisture, cosmetic damage (including scratches and dents), misuse, or use outside normal operating conditions.
2. This warranty does not cover products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized parties, nor does it cover any accessories.
3. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or deterioration resulting from regular use.
4. This warranty does not cover accessories of any kind, including the device's back cover.
5. This warranty does not cover unlocking passwords, security locks, or software restrictions set by the customer.
6. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from the use of non-genuine or incompatible replacement parts or accessories not supplied or approved by the original manufacturer.

Terms and Conditions for the 5G Biz Ultra Max Promotion

For Device Bundles with Monthly Subscription Packages

1. This promotion is available to corporate customers applying for postpaid mobile services under TrueMove H Universal Communication Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), from September 25, 2026 to June 30, 2027, or until otherwise notified.

2. Promotion details are as follows:

2.1 Promotion: 5G Biz Ultra Max 2999

Minimum monthly subscription fee for months 1–24: THB 2,999 per billing cycle, with the following benefits:

Standard package benefits:

(1) 500 minutes per month for calls to all networks and landlines; any fraction of a minute is charged as one minute.

(2) Unlimited 24-hour calls within the True and dtac networks.

(3) Unlimited 5G service at speeds of up to 1 Gbps, 4G service at speeds of up to 300 Mbps, and 3G service at speeds of up to 42 Mbps.

(4) Unlimited Wi-Fi service at speeds of up to 1 Gbps.

3. Additional charges, in addition to the minimum monthly subscription fee, are as follows:

3.1 Calls to all networks: THB 1.25 per minute, charged based on actual usage; any fraction of a minute is charged as one minute.

3.2 SMS between mobile numbers used and registered in Thailand: THB 2 per message.

3.3 MMS between mobile numbers used and registered in Thailand: THB 4.50 per message.

4. This promotion is applicable only to normal personal communications from mobile phones to mobile phones or from mobile phones to landlines.

5. The above rates cover only calls to mobile or landline numbers used and registered in Thailand, 5G/4G/3G/EDGE/GPRS services, and value-added services at the rates specified herein. They do not include other charges, such as content downloads, information/news services, international calls, roaming charges, or other value-added services.

6. All of the above rates are exclusive of value-added tax (VAT).

7. The Company reserves the right to restrict unlimited internet usage under the package subscribed to by the customer in conjunction with the mobile number and mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets, if the Company detects or is notified that the customer uses the service for mobile internet tethering to other mobile phones and/or devices for shared use, and/or engages in any other conduct of a similar nature.

8. The Company reserves the right to manage the network as appropriate to maintain service quality standards and enable customers generally to use the service efficiently. The Company may restrict the customer’s data usage and mobile internet speed in the following billing cycle if the Company finds or reasonably suspects that the customer continuously downloads and/or uploads large files, or engages in any use involving an unusually high volume of data transfer beyond normal usage by an ordinary person, or has usage behavior that affects or may affect the service or causes or may cause unfairness, damage, or impact to other customers and/or the network or the Company’s overall service. Such speed reduction may result in speeds lower than those specified in the package.

9. The Company reserves the right to restrict usage involving BitTorrent, internet sharing via Hotspot, peer-to-peer file transfers, such as certain CCTV applications and multiplayer games, or unusually high-volume data transfers beyond normal usage by an ordinary person, or any usage that may affect overall service performance.

10. Customers may use 5G services only with 5G-compatible devices and within areas where 5G service is available.

11. Customers can check 5G service coverage at http://truemoveh.truecorp.co.th/truemoveh5g.

12. Customers can check WiFi by TrueMove H service coverage at www.truewifi.net.

13. Terms and Conditions for Wi-Fi by TrueMove H service.

13.1 Customers must select and use the service via .@ truemoveH only.

13.2 Customers may use their TrueMove H mobile number as the username (09XXXXXXXX) and request a password by dialing USSD *871*4# (free of charge). The system will send the password via SMS.

13.3 Customers will automatically receive their Wi-Fi by TrueMove H username and password within 1 hour after the service is activated.

13.4 If a customer forgets the Wi-Fi by TrueMove H password, a new password may be requested by contacting TrueMove H Care at 1242 or through channels designated by the Company.

13.5 During Wi-Fi by TrueMove H service, the service provider needs to terminate the internet connection (Session Time Out) every 90 minutes for verification and recording of usage. After the connection is terminated, customers who wish to continue using the service must disconnect and reconnect the signal.

13.6 If a customer forgets to log out of Wi-Fi by TrueMove H or does not use the service continuously for more than 10 minutes, the system will automatically log the customer out.

13.7 Concurrent Wi-Fi connections are limited to one user per internet or Wi-Fi session.

14. Any benefits under this promotion cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for cash or other items. Unused benefits cannot be carried forward to the following month or transferred to any other individual or legal entity.

15. Customers may not make calls to special numbers, such as 1900, or send SMS messages subject to commercial charges until otherwise notified.

16. If the customer commits any of the following acts, the Company reserves the right to terminate the service agreement immediately:

16.1 Breach of contractual prohibitions: If the customer acts in breach of the purpose of the agreement, this shall constitute a breach of contractual prohibitions. “Purpose of the agreement”: The customer must:

(a) Use the services under this promotion solely for personal communication in good faith and in the ordinary manner in which a reasonable person would normally use such services, and not for any other benefit or purpose. The customer shall not use the service to seek any benefit, whether commercially or by providing the service to others.

(b) Not use or modify the service, technology, system, or anything else to connect to or otherwise relate to the use of the service, and not engage in any conduct that may reasonably be expected or believed to be immoral, cause damage or unfairness to the Company or any other person, directly or indirectly, interfere with or cause inconvenience to the network, endanger the network, or disrupt the normal operation or performance of the network or any part thereof.

(c) Not transfer the rights to use the service under this agreement to any other person before the contractual term expires, unless the Company gives its consent.

16.2 Acts giving reasonable grounds to believe that the customer has committed fraud, falsified documents when applying for or receiving the service offer, engaged in fraudulent use of the service, or used the service unlawfully.

17. The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion without prior notice if relevant government authorities issue requirements, orders, or policies requiring such amendment, modification, suspension, or termination, or if such orders increase the Company’s operational burden.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, the Company reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions as appropriate, by providing at least 30 days’ prior notice through channels the Company deems appropriate.

18. Terms and Conditions of Service: Customers acknowledge and agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions of Service available at https://truebusiness.truecorp.co.th/th/landing/standardterms. Such Terms and Conditions of Service shall be deemed part of this quotation, the application/service agreement within the True Group, and other documents relating to the service application.

19. This promotion is valid for 24 months from the date the service is registered and activated under this promotion.

20. The Company reserves the right to subsequently offer services or consider granting benefits to customers without prior notice. If a customer receives such services or benefits, the customer shall be deemed to acknowledge and agree to be bound by the applicable terms and conditions.

21. Customer Consent and Representations: The customer acknowledges and consents to the service provider collecting, processing, using, transmitting or transferring, and disclosing the customer’s personal data for service provision, service improvement, compliance with applicable personal data protection laws, market research and promotional activities, or for analyzing and offering any services or products of the service provider and/or persons who are distributors, agents, or otherwise affiliated with the service provider, and/or the service provider’s business partners and/or companies within the True Group, or for any other purposes not prohibited by law, or for compliance with laws or regulations applicable to the service provider now and in the future. The service provider may transmit, transfer, and/or disclose such data to companies within the service provider’s group, business partners, data processors, or any government agency, organization, legal entity, or individual who has a contract, agreement, or legal relationship with the service provider, or is otherwise related to the service provider, whether in Thailand or overseas.

22. This promotion is subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by the Company. Customers should study additional information before subscribing by calling 1239 or consulting sales staff.
